Gift Services
Toute la Nuit Loungewear offers gift certificates as well as gift wrapping of white paper with black ribbon. Wrapping is a flat $7.00 fee.

Payment Options
Toute la Nuit orders placed online may be paid using your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card.

Delivery
Orders are shipped from our studio in San Francisco, CA, generally within three business days. Standard ground shipping within the US is a flat rate of $5.00 (we pay the difference!) and expedited shipping is an additional $20.00. Keep in mind that if your order has to travel cross country via ground shipping it will take approximately five business days to arrive. Expedited shipping takes one to two days. Shipping time for international orders can take up to two weeks and will be an additonal charge.

Returns
Apparel purchased from Toute la Nuit may be returned within two weeks of receipt. Garments MUST NOT have been worn, altered, washed, or had the tags removed; in other words they must be resalable and in the same condition they were when shipped. If an item is received that is not in this condition, it will be returned to you and a credit will not be processed. You are responsible for shipping costs related to returns. To return an item, please use the Return Authorization Form included with your order. You may want to send your order either insured or via delivery confirmation. NOTE: special offer and sale items are NOT returnable.

Holiday orders for Christmas, Valentine’s, and Mothers’ Days have an extended return policy of four weeks. All other terms apply including the required condition of the returned garments and return shipping costs.

Please note that for health reasons we cannot accept returned panties; please select such items with care.
